To some extent this is also an exploration of an oratory “art of transmission” as compared to a written one. Do I really accomplish what I am aiming at accomplishing? Was the information passed effectively?
I really like the use of Captiva or other kinds of screen narration software. What kind did you use, btw? Apologies if you told us someplace else-I’m reading in a different order today because I’m behind.
As for the effectiveness of the presentation, I think you would benefit from some judicious editing. If I wanted to set up my own OkayCupid account and such a thing was hard to do, then your video would be just the ticket. In this case though, I’m more concerned with the observations and insights you’re gleaning. I don’t really want to see the “sausage making” as we use to say back on the cube farm. That said, video and this type of software is a wonderful choice on your part, and you should be applauded.
